How we work

Our process allows us to deliver in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. By streamlining our process, we’re able to save on costs which we then pass on to our customers. This means we can provide a good value service without compromising on quality.

Callout raised

Customer calls our office, a callout is raised and an engineer is assigned to the job.

Engineer attends

The engineer calls the customer, agrees on an ETA, and attends the site to carry out the necessary repairs. The engineer will make every effort to get the fridge running on the first visit.

Remedial work required

If any remedial work is required and parts need to be ordered, a quote will be provided to the customer for their approval before proceeding.

Engineer re-attends

Engineer will reattend and carry out any necessary remedial work.

Job complete

Once all repairs have been completed, a final job sheet will be provided to the customer.
